I am a registered social worker with experience providing therapy both in primary care and inpatient mental health hospital settings for over 14 years. In 2019, I became certified in Perinatal Mental Health and completed my training in EMDR after learning about the amazing benefit the modality has for new and expecting parents who have experienced trauma. Helen (she/her) has a Master's degree in Social Work, a post-graduate/advanced diploma in Art Therapy, and a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree. She is an EMDR Certified Therapist.
