I have been working as a social worker since 2002, working in the mental health and addictions field primarily. I trained in EMDR in 2018, and it is my favorite therapeutic approach. I also frequently utilize Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) with a special interest in mindfulness and self-compassion. I work Tuesday to Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm.
