I am a clinical psychologist, member of the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec since 2011. I completed my Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Neuropsychology at the Université de Montréal and my Ph.D. in Child Psychology at McGill University. I completed my doctoral clinical training in a hispanic area of Brooklyn, New York. I therefore work in French (my first language), English and Spanish. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults with difficulties such as anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, depression, burnout or interpersonal difficulties.

My therapeutic approach is integrative in that I use a combination of approaches/tools/technics including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfullness, in addition to EMDR, depending on the person's particular needs, profile, and preferences.
