I attended basic EMDR training in 2010. I have taken advanced trainings with Ana Gomez in 2010 and 2011 for Working With Children and Adolescents and Working with Dissociation.
I also completed Robert Miller FSAP training in 2014 and in 2016 I completed Sandra Paulson Ego State EMDR and Katie O'Shea Working with Early Trauma.
In addition to EMDR I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and have completed advanced levels of training in Peter Levin's Somatic Experiencing. I have completed Dr. Bruce Perry's Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics and Dr. Chuck Geddes Complex Trauma training for working with traumatized children. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher and have advanced training in trauma sensitive yoga in addition to Yin yoga teacher training. I have completed Clinical Hypnosis training and Sandplay Therapy training.
