Maggie Davidson has experience working with adults, children, and adolescents. Maggie has experience working with individuals with PTSD and trauma and is trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). EMDR is an effective technique for managing many emotional challenges. Maggie is also trained in Flash Technique, a minimally intrusive EMDR technique that does not require the client to consciously engage with the traumatic memory. Maggie offers individual and family counselling. She also offers a social skills group for children and adolescents with Autism or other social skills deficits. Maggie has a Master of Counselling degree and is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. A sliding scale is available for low income clients.
