I have been a clinical social worker for 18 years. I have worked in a variety of settings: inpatient mental health, long-term care, intensive home-based programs for children and youth, outpatient counselling, and currently work full-time in private practice specializing in treating complex trauma.
I am a certified EMDR therapist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant with a special interest in perinatal mental health. I am experienced treating: depression, anxiety, grief/loss, perinatal and postpartum disorders (pregnancy loss, birth trauma, etc), PTSD, domestic violence, trauma, and separation/divorce. I am familiar working with eating disorders and substance abuse.
