I am a Registered Psychologist, with 20+ years experience, including a mental health nursing background from the UK. My areas of expertise include anxiety disorders (such as panic, social anxiety, health anxiety, and generalised anxiety), and self-esteem issues. I have a special interest in OCD, adult ADHD, recognising the impact it has on daily functioning, mood, self-esteem, and relationships, and in PTSD following serious illness or surgery, interpersonal violence such as rape, robbery, and homicide, and after MVA's. Assistance can be provided in accessing treatment coverage following a MVA through your/others motor insurance policy.

My approach is mainly from a CBT perspective, and integrate EMDR and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy according to each client’s individual needs. I bring warmth, humour, and professionalism to create a supportive environment that facilitates change and growth, so clients can achieve their personal goals.
