I practice using a cutting edge model of therapy designed to re-pattern the nervous system and the disorganization in the lower brain centers, areas that are often un-addressed in many current therapy models.

I am a Registered Psychologist and have completed extensive training in Play Therapy, Sandplay Therapy and Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. I have also completed addition training in Theraplay, Synergetic Play Therapy (SPT), Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT), Autplay Therapy, First Play Training and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist, a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist and am also a trained Demartini Method Facilitator.

In addition to my clinical work. I also provide supervision to other professionals. I am a Certified/Registered Play Therapy Supervisor in Canada, in the United States and Internationally. I specialize in Play Therapy with toddlers, preschool and school-aged children, Family Therapy, and Individual Therapy with adolescents and adults. I am currently an EMDR Consultant in Training and offer consultation towards becoming a Certified EMDR Therapist.
