I’ve been in practice for over 30 years and have worked as a Registered Nurse in Psychiatry (now retired RN) and as a Registered Psychotherapist. I have a particular interest in Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, and complex mental health needs. EMDR has been an integral part of my practice for the last 8 years and I continue to expand my use of EMDR to differing clinical presentations. I work with youth and adults and also work with Emergency First Responders.

I have advanced training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, Trauma Therapy, EFT, Mindfulness, MBCT, Group Psychotherapy, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
