The focus of my practice since 2007 has been on treating various forms of trauma, both recent and past, with a broad spectrum of clients. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, challenging life transitions, grief, past and recent traumas, post-traumatic stress disorder, sleep difficulties, as well as stress and anger management. As a client-centred therapist, my goal is to help people uncover their true potential and support them on their journey to feeling whole. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a personalized approach tailored to each person.
