I use a variety of methods of counseling to help the whole person get to the heart of their issues and to achieve their goals. These include, but are not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral/Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Narrative, Expressive Arts, and Play Therapies.

Education, Experience, and Affiliations: I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker in practice since 1991. I combine my Master’s Degree in Social Work with experience in yoga, meditation, breath-work, body awareness, and art. I have worked in the areas of individual, child, and family counseling, couple counseling, case-management, assessment, crisis response, team leadership, clinical supervision, and management. My work has been in a variety of settings including private practice, mental health, day treatment for children and families, group settings, community services, schools, and in the community with elders through Interior Health Authority. My practice embraces a wide range of holistic therapies for growth in psychology, mind/body awareness, and spirituality.
