We are a client-centred and dedicated team who provides high quality and effective counselling that is tailored to our clients’ goals. We support clients experiencing a variety of emotional and mental health difficulties, including depression, anxiety, burnout, stress, grief and loss, PTSD, CPTSD, and recovery from overwhelming, challenging or traumatic events that are holding them back in their life.

We appreciate that negative experiences and life's challenges may impact us psychologically, physically, emotionally, cognitively, through nervous system dysregulation, and through ongoing patterns and decisions that they may wish to change. EMDR is an outstanding trauma processing tool that our therapists utilize to support clients to heal from the mental health difficulties or emotional experiences they encounter. We have advanced training in the area of EMDR and are dedicated to continuing our training in this area and stay current on research and new advances.
