I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and registered social worker who helps people heal from traumatic experiences and the effects that these painful events have - anxiety, depression, nightmares, stress, emotional exhaustion. I am registered to practice in-person and electronically in Alberta and electronically only in Ontario, Canada.

I am trained in many types of therapy however my focus is on using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) and the Flash Technique.

My own journey with EMDR started more than a decade ago when I had the therapy myself and realized how quickly it helped me heal. EMDR changed my life! When I started using this therapy with clients I saw that they had similar results. They were able to get relief they could not get from other therapies.

My background is diverse. I was born in Nova Scotia, grew up in the Lower Mainland (BC) & I now live in Calgary. I have a life-long job as a mother of two boys. I believe in authenticity, respect & trust.
