My name is Jenny Watt - a Registered Clinical Counsellor, a Certified EMDR Therapist, and an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant.

I work with adults, couples, and parents who want to enjoy healthy, balanced lives. I specialize in working with people who have experienced difficult childhoods and who desire to free themselves from the grips of these painful experiences.
