Shivani integrates EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and inner child reparenting into her approach. She operates on the belief that her clients are already resilient, that their symptoms are adaptive responses to trauma, and that we all have an innate capacity to heal. She has a passion for helping her clients feel safe, calm, and connected in their bodies, for working with the body and nervous system, and for helping her clients reclaim their aliveness after trauma.
