I work alongside adults looking for relief from new stressors or long-standing challenges. My specializations include mental health, addiction, and psychological trauma/PTSD.  I also help folks who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, or abuse. I am passionate about supporting people who feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or alone.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process rooted in respect, compassion, and patience. It is meant to elicit your strengths and build resilience to increase a sense of control in your life. My role is to cultivate a non-judgmental space for your self exploration and pursuit of goals.

I provide evidence-based interventions that draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dielectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness Therapy (MFT), and Clinical Hypnotherapy while using an anti-opressive, culturally-humble, and attachment-informed stance.
