I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor specializing in trauma, chronic pain, and grief. Through my education, past and present, I have focused on social justice, understanding what impacts wellbeing, and what can be used to facilitate healing. I am open to new or different ideas, and I truly want what is best for my clients.

I am focused on the unique needs and experiences of my clients. I believe in enhancing my clients’ abilities to deal with their personal life struggles through skills building and strategies that apply to their specific experiences. I believe in working with clients where they are at and finding how to make their lives better through the encouragement of working with what works for them and enhancing their abilities to face the challenges they are struggling with. The modalities I use include: Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Trauma Techniques, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Grief Strategies.

Please note that I am only offering virtual counselling at this point, and am not able to offer in-person sessions. I tend to work Monday (morning, afternoon, evening), Tuesday (morning, afternoon), Thursday (morning, evening), and Friday (morning, afternoon). I am a service provider for ICBC and FNHA.
