Try Video counselling and EMDR! I work with couples and adult individuals dealing with relationship issues. I also work with individuals struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Grief, and other personal issues. My work focuses on people in life transitions such as new parents, relationship changes, career changes, midlife and empty nest syndrome. I help people dealing with trauma both big and small, helping them with issues such as anxiety and grief to mention a few. I have many years of experience in a long term relationship, parenting 3 children and 25 years of teaching experience all of which strengthen my evidence based practice.I provide both talk therapy and EMDR. Through the use of several therapeutic modalities ( see my website for more information) I provide clients with insights into the reasons for issues and problems that effect their daily lives. From this understanding I can provide services which drive action and bring about positive changes.
