I specialize in generational, cultural, and historical trauma. I support individuals and families as they navigate the process of honouring truth and reconciliation in their personal life and relationships.
Using Mindfulness, EMDR, CBT, DBT, Narrative, EFT, and Systemic Family Therapy and others, my hope is to support the client find their whole self - to find belonging and know that you are enough. Through a place of cultural-humility and safety, we work together to find health, wellness, and connection in life-giving relationships.
