Shannon is a Registered Social Worker with Alberta College of Social Workers, and holds a Masters of Social Work, as well as a Perinatal Mental Health Certification. Shannon provides services both in-person and virtually in Alberta, as well as virtually to people in Nova Scotia.

She has a passion for working in health and wellness, and works in a collaborative way with clients to develop a treatment plan that supports their goals. She works with, but is not limited to, individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and couples issues. She has a special interest in working with trauma in the perinatal period, and pregnancy and infant loss. She is also interested in supporting people on their self-growth journey.

Shannon works to develop a strong rapport with client’s to create a safe, inclusive, and validating environment that allows clients to feel comfortable and work toward addressing stressors that are impacting their lives.
