Phase 1 – 8 + Practica – Nov. 29-Dec. 1, 9-5pm MT

Phase 3-6 & Special Populations + Practica – Dec. 6 - 8, 9-5pm MT

Consultation Days (10hrs included): Jan. 2nd 9-1pm MT;

Jan. 28th, 10-2pm MT; and Feb. 4th, 10-2pm MT
